Left a message on the service and Tina got back to me very promptly with pricing and availability. I had to confirm acceptance with my uncle as it was his items being stored. Tina messaged me back the next morning just to follow up with me and after a few text messages we agreed on a unit. I met Tina at the office later that morning and had a wonderful experience in closing the agreement. Tina was knowledgeable and professional to a Tee. Full explanations on the unit , the rules, all the details were covered in a matter of 20 minutes. Kudos to Tina and to mini mall for their professional approach to business. Well done!

I am not a tenant at Mini Mall Storage, but have needed moving supplies and Tina was very helpful.
She helped me pick boxes and had a few suggestions how to pack the boxes without being to heavy.
Ended up having to go back and get more boxes.
Tina made me feel very welcomed and helped me out to my car with the boxes!!
Would recommend this place for all supplies and if I ever need storage I would pick this place !!

Tina is the most accomodating manager there is. She has been so awesome, 10/10, just a down-to-earth human being.
If i need more units in the future I will be going back as well as recommending Tina to everyone.
