I came to Mini Mall Storage initially because it's the closest storage area to my house and..well...the less work for me the better.
My intentions were to price around and see what the best deal was, but after talking to Tina in the Mini Mall office I decided not to bother looking any further.
Tina was so informative and helpful that knowing I will be able to deal with her in the future was enough of a value-add that I figured the other storage places in town weren't going to measure up no matter how lower they may be priced.
Not looking forward to moving a bunch of stuff into a unit, but it's worth it to get my wife off my back about my "hoarding" and the piece of mind knowing when I need another unit that Tina will be there to help me.

I carefully researched all storage facilities in Brandon. After talking with Tina, I signed right up. Tina is friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and making me feel confident that I was trusting my property to the right storage facility.

Tina, the Manager, is so awesome! She is very prompt when responding. Today, I needed help with my unit access and she went above and beyond f5) She and her daughter even went extra mile putting salt outside my unit when she knew I will be moving stuff. Highly recommended!
