Getting a unit was quick and easy. Tina was great to deal with and always readily available to answer any questions I had! She even text me to let me know my unit wasn't properly secured. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a unit quite last minute and Tina was really kind and helped me out (she was about to head out and came back in just to help me!) I think she must’ve seen the look on my face when she told me the initial day one cost and she helped me out there a bit too. For a first timer getting a storage unit and having no idea what to expect or do she really helped me out and I (and my dad who’s been storing my stuff) are super appreciative of her help and so quickly! On a side note, Tina is really funny! We had a good couple of laughs during the interaction.

I booked my storage unit online and paid the monthly fee already. I got a call the next day from an employee at Mini Mall stating I hadn’t and that I did not have a unit reserved. Tina from Mini Mall called me to resolve this issue and I believe it was a misunderstanding. Tina’s service was greatly appreciated! The unit was secure, easy to access and clean.

Tina was very helpful, I was there after hours and my code didn’t seem to work, I was just about to leave when Tina called and helped me out. Highly recommended convenient location.
